General Event Information

Tickets may be purchased onsite - card payment only - all major credit/debit cards accepted with the exception of AMEX.
Rain, snow, or shine event - no refunds
No refunds once tickets are purchased
Sorry, pets prohibited. Service animals only.

Children ages 2 & under are free

Free Admission Opportunity:

Donate a new, unwrapped gift and receive one free admission per household. Your generous donation will support Arapahoe County Human Services’ Partnering for the Holidays gift-giving program.

Example:
If you are a family of four, and you bring one unwrapped gift to donate, you'll purchase 3 tickets at $10.00 each and 1 free ticket for the donated item. This equals $30.00 total paid. (Limit one free ticket per household with donated gift)

Gingerbread House Contest

Join us to create your own Gingerbread House! Kits will be supplied on site (one per team; minimum 2 participants per team). Wow us with what you create!

We'll have two rounds of Gingerbread House contests this year:

Registration is open 11-11:45am, first come, first serve.
10 kits are available per contest time.
Contest is at Noon.

Registration is open 1-1:45pm, first come, first serve.
10 kits are available per contest time.
Contest is at 2pm.

Judges will score entries based on the categories below. Winner will be announced at Visit the Village at 1p.m.

1) Overall Appearance
2) Originality and Creativity
3) Difficulty
4) Precision

Matching PJs Contest

Join us to show-off your matching PJs! Only teams may enter this contest (minimum 2 participants per team, no maximum). Wow us with your style!

Find us at the Main Stage:
Registration is open 12-12:45pm.
Contest is at 1pm..

Judges will score based on the categories below. Winner will be announced at Visit the Village at 1p.m.

We are looking for local businesses and craft vendors to contribute to our Village Marketplace. Welcoming local artisan and crafters to sign up and be apart of this festive day.

Vendor booth decor contest - Wow our guests with your holiday display and decor. Winning booth will be refunded their booth fee.

To sign up to be a 2024 Visit the Village Vendor, please complete the Vendor Form. Please direct questions to fairgrounds@arapahoegov.com.

Yeti Set Go! 5K Fun Run

"Are you YETI? It’s time to get your fun run on at the Yeti Set Go! 5K Fun Run at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds! Bring your family and friends for a fun 5K run or walk that ends at Visit the Village, a winter wonderland extravaganza with activities for the whole family as well as local artisans, crafters, food trucks, and much more!! Come for the run, stay for the fun!

Saturday, December 7th
Race starts at 9:30am

Tickets:

5K Fun Run + Visit the Village entry- $15.00 each
Children ages 5 & under are free

Additional Information:

Prize awarded to the best-dressed Yeti! Thank you to our sponsors for the donated prize.
Yeti Set Go! 5K Fun Run shirts will be available for purchase through Big Frog (local Aurora printer); shirts will be approx. $25 each, with 15% of proceeds benefiting AnderLoch Foundation. Click here to purchase!
This is a trail run/walk
No refunds, rain or shine.
There will be an alternative indoor workout in case of inclement weather.
