Dana Cain Events has hosted a variety of events at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds, over many years. Having worked with almost every large venue along the front range, I can confidently say that Arapahoe County Fairgrounds is absolutely one of the BEST in terms of customer service, versatile event spaces, pricing and ease of access. When we needed a new home for our 2-day Unicorn Festival, there was no question about where it should be. The fairgrounds offers gorgeous outdoor spaces and plenty of well-maintained indoor space, with a great layout! Our audience LOVED it. Everyone raved about the new location! And don't get me started on the FREE PARKING. Everything about this place is awesome!

Arapahoe County Fairgrounds is a great facility for our program. It is reasonably priced, clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. Our business has been there for 13 years. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. Not only was this a great space to accommodate all aspects of our Glamping Show USA—the indoor conference, the indoor Expo, and the ample grounds for a variety of large glamping structures in our outdoor Expo—but the staff was very willing to work with us at each unexpected turn. All-in-all, they are a great partner, and we look forward to coming each year!

Last November 2025, was my second year hosting A Holistic Holiday & Magical Maker’s Faire at the Arapahoe County Event Center. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Each staff member that was assigned to our event shined with professionalism, attention to detail, and assisted cheerfully when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed working with each of them prior to the event and then throughout the event weekend.

Being a new event holder, we had friendly discussions and an overview of how things went from the first year. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was excellent and in line with our needs as we rebooked for the next year. It felt like a true partnership and the start of a long term relationship for our events.

We love the facility and how it is perfect for our events. It is easy to load in and out for our vendors. The facility is clean, bright, with a decent square footage to host our 100 + vendors. We host presentations and workshops throughout the weekend, and there is a lovely conference room for our presenters. We were able to create a vibrant holiday presence in the breezeway, with the food truck in close proximity. There is ample parking as well!

We will be back for next November 2026, and hope to add a spring event with Arapahoe Event Center if a date becomes available.

Lexy and her team helped create our vision from a simple gymnastics competition to an event that exceeded everyone’s expectations. Their staff is great to work with, everyone is very flexible, friendly and professional. From set up to tear down, we were supported in every aspect of our needs and the facility was able to adjust to our last-minute changes with ease. The Fairgrounds has everything to accommodate all aspects our events, from hospitality rooms, to concessions, to open outdoor gathering, to large open areas to meet our competition requirements. Active Athletics would highly suggest the Fairgrounds and their team for any event, big or small.

We were thrilled to have our wedding at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds, as the team could not have taken better care of us! The Main Hall space acted as a beautiful blank canvas for our event, and the fields were lovely for the ceremony. The team allowed us to tour several times in preparation, and quickly responded to all of our questions. Jessica Hites is an amazing Event Coordinator and very organized. We would highly recommend ACF to anyone!

Choctoberfest receives exceptional service at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds from start to finish. The venue has countless services and equipment that meet our needs. Our attendees love the free parking! Lindsey and the team's attention to detail, prompt responsiveness and the willingness to accommodate consistently exceeds expectations. We highly recommend Arapahoe County Fairground for any event seeking a reliable, well-managed event space supported by an outstanding group of professionals.
