Food Vendor Pricing:

$300- Two day festival (includes $100 refundable deposit)
- Plus a 3% convenience fee at checkout

The prices above includes:

10x30 space (additional space available if requested)
2 exhibitor badges

Arapahoe County Pepsi Beverage Requirement

Select Pepsi products are available for sale and 20lbs bags of ice.
Please note, no direct competitor beverages can be sold onsite at Chalk Lines and Vines; Coke products, additional soda related products.
Chalk Lines and Vines event staff can put you in contact with a Pepsi representative to place your order and remit payment. Pepsi products will be delivered onsite before the start of the event on Saturday.
Vendors can set their product pricing that they are selling to the public.
Vendors are not required to sell drinks to the public.
Chalk Lines and Vines will not be accepting any returns or refunds on product sold to our vendors. What you purchase is yours to keep and resell.

Insurance

The submitted insurance must include: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required commercial general liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additionally insured.
