2025 Visit the Village Vendor

Join us at Visit the Village for a day filled with holiday fun! We are looking for local businesses and partners to create a Village Market, to where participants can stroll down to find something special for everyone.

All vendors who fill out this application are not guaranteed a spot in Visit the Village.
You will be notified if your application has been accepted or denied.

Vendor Information:
  • 10x10 Booth Space Fee plus 3% Convenience Fee included
  • **Please note that Visit The Village is not accepting Commercial Vendor applications. Your business must fall into the two categories listed below to participate:
    • $100 + 3% Fee upon checkout - Non Profit Business (501c3 copy is provided with the application)
    • $125 + 3% Fee upon checkout - Home Based Business - Local Business

All vendors are required to provide:

  • Insurance
  • Sales Tax ID number
  • Applicable licensing such as Health and Fire Department

The following products and practices are prohibited at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds Signature Events; please do not purchase a booth space if your product and/or brand falls into these categories:

  • Laser lights, silly string, shocking devices, and drug paraphernalia are not allowed on the fairgrounds.
  • No Fireworks, exploding devices.
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the fairgrounds at any time.
  • No alcohol may be brought onto the fairgrounds unless included in the event’s Special Event Permit via the Fairgrounds Event Coordinator.
  • Due to security risk, the sale of the following items is not allowed: swords, hunting knives, pocket knives, firearms or items resembling firearms, noisemakers, and smoke bombs.
  • No controlled substances or items can be promoted, sold or distributed on the fairgrounds.
  • Merchandise referring to alcohol abuse, drug use, violence or that is sexually explicit or suggestive in nature.

Please note that all vendors who complete this application are not guaranteed a space. You will be notified if your application has been accepted or declined.

Vendors selling on-site must provide their Sales Tax ID or Non-Profit certificate of good standing. No canopies or tents are allowed indoors.

All vendors of Visit the Village must submit insurance by December 1.

The submitted insurance must include: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required commercial general liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additionally insured.
